Our Approach

At Park County Chiropractic, our focus is on the functional stability of the spine, joints and soft tissue, the integrity of neurological function of the body and the nutritional status of the whole person. In other words, our focus is on helping people live a life full of healthy function. Our emphasis is in providing a holistic, or whole person, personalized approach to health and healing throughout a lifetime. You are not a number on a file, you are a real live person with a job, hobbies, children, dogs, and horses and that means you and your care is different from someone else. That emphasis is important.

We all are athletes in our daily lives. Moms and dads chase kids, fishing guides need to row and cast, runners are training for a marathon, a teacher wants to hit that next level at cross-fit; we want to help you be functional and vibrant no matter where you are at or wanting to do in life.

So, whether you need Chiropractic adjustments to improve performance or heal an injury, rehabilitation from surgery or accidents, lifestyle counseling to improve on health habits, nutritional supplements to prevent illness or wellness care to feel your very best, our purpose is to help you achieve those health and life goals and live more vibrantly.

Our approach is to be your partner and assist in helping you express good health so that you live on purpose and in abundance. We work with a whole person approach and not just on symptoms. To this end, we want to empower you with knowledge and inspiration to choose optimal health solutions for your health journey for yourself and your family.

We believe:

  • Health is not a destination, it’s a journey we all follow through our lives.

  • Each person is different and your care is designed for you and your current health needs and functional goals.

  • You never lose the benefit of treatment and care builds on itself. Each treatment will continue to build better health.

  • We function together in a partnership to help you achieve your health and functional goals.

  • Education is important. Because understanding your body and health is paramount to learning to care for your body naturally over a lifetime.

  • Health depends on compliance to natural laws and deviation from such laws can result in illness. Daily health habits build a healthy person.

  • It’s best to focus on early intervention, emphasizing timely treatment of conditions that are wholly functional and reversible.

  • The structure and condition of the body influences how the body functions and its ability to heal itself.

  • Healing is not always immediately pleasurable. Sometimes a little discomfort is necessary to get to the core of the problem.

  • The human body has the capacity to heal given the right tools, materials and time.

"Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about unbecoming everything that isn't you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place"
