Directions and Appointment Information

To make your appointment as beneficial as possible, we ask you to read the following:

Be on time. If you cannot avoid being late, call 406.222.9373 so we can determine if the appointment time can be rearranged. If that is not possible, we will find the next available appointment time for you.

We are located in the Point Del-Mar complex in Livingston. Our address is 1201 US Hwy 10 W Ste A1.

• If you are coming from Livingston, take Hwy 10 W until you see a large green and tan sign that says Point Del-Mar. Turn left off of the highway at the sign. Then take an immediate right. You will drive towards the large evergreen trees until you must park in front of a singular building. Come through the double doors and Park County Chiropractic is on the left. A friendly face will be there to greet you.

• If you are coming from Bozeman, Big Timber, or Billings, take the 330 exit from I-90. Look for a large green and tan sign that says Point Del-Mar. Turn right off of the highway at the sign. Then take an immediate right. You will drive towards the large evergreen trees until you must park in front of a singular building. Come through the double doors and Park County Chiropractic is on the left. A friendly face will be there to greet you.

• Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in. If you are coming for a nutritional consult, wear pants/shirt that allow for the leg/sleeve to roll up to your knee/elbow.

• If you have major medical insurance, Medicare, or healthy Montana Kids policy and you could not upload your card, bring your card(s) with you. We are not in any major medical insurance network. As a convenience to you, we will fill out insurance forms and send them to your insurance company for you. Your major medical insurance company will reimburse you any portions they are responsible to. If you have Medicare or Healthy Montana Kids policies, please remember that they may not cover every service that is medically appropriate for your care.

• You are an established patient. It's been a while, so here is what you can expect for the visit:​

  • Major Medical: $85-$98

  • Medicare: $20-$85 (depending on deductible and supplement policy)

  • Healthy Montana Kids: $3-$30

  • Nutritional Consultations: $35-$50 + cost of supplements (lab or other testing may be required and are not part of the consultation fee)

  • If you are coming in due to a work injury or auto accident, be sure to bring the Insurance carrier name and contact information. If you already have a claim number, please bring it too.

  • If you are already under care elsewhere for a work injury, be sure to bring your primary treating doctors referral. We charge for care received directly to you until we have all the necessary information for worker compensation and personal injury billing.

We ask that you be open-minded and ready to improve your health. We like to make health care partnerships with our patients because partnerships provide better results.
